This post contains affiliate links. This week, a crazy thing happened in Arizona. We’re in the last week of April, and on Tuesday, the temperature was just 65 degrees!! When I saw that, I quick placed a grocery order for four pounds of chicken and 12 pounds of grass fed ground beef as well as bell peppers. I picked up the groceries at 9 a.m., and three hours later, I had made all of these meals and cleaned up the kitchen!
Freezer Cooking (April 2021)
I made simple recipes that I could easily reheat or use as meal components. Hopefully, that will help keep me out of the kitchen occasionally. Perimenopause and Arizona heat are no joke! Then add in the heat of the kitchen, and well, I’m doing everything I can to stay out of the kitchen.
Here’s what I made:
I made two of each meal except the Oven Baked Chicken Fajitas, which I made four of.
Chalupa Salad (from MyFreezEasy)
Cheesy Hamburger Helper (from MyFreezEasy)
