I decided to experiment with something different this month and see if it helps make life smoother. I’ve come up with an easy gluten free dairy free monthly menu plan for February 2020.
My plan is to make healthy food and to empty out our stock of food in our freezer. I’d like to purchase 1/4 side of beef in late March/early April, so I need one of our two deep freezers completely empty and defrosted, and I need to save money on groceries in February so I can save for the beef. Hopefully this menu plan will help me do just that. Here are the meals I’m planning on making this month:
Slow Cooker Meals
I plan to use the slow cooker meals for the two nights when we don’t get home until 7 p.m.
Super Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast (minus the can of mushroom soup)
Slow Cooker Chili (minus the cocoa),
Meals Already Made in the Freezer
Honey Dijon Salmon,
Beef, Bean & Rice Skillet
Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore
BBQ (we’ll make extras, so this should make two meals and a few lunches),
Seafood Nachos, (making these GF/DF by using Trans-Ocean imitation crab, Tufutti better than Sour Cream, and Daiya shreds)
Chicken Pot Pie,
Veggie Burrito Bowls (with peppers instead of corn),
This is our easy gluten free dairy free monthly menu plan for February 2020. I’m hoping having all the meals planned out in advanced will make meal prep a breeze this month.
