eMeals has offered a variety of menu plans to accommodate all different lifestyles including Paleo, Clean Eating, Classic, Vegetarian and Gluten Free, to name just a few.
A few months ago they added a lunch plan that you could tack on to your meal plan of choice.
Now, they have just announced that they have developed a Healthy Eating Breakfast Plan that you can add on to the dinner meal plan of your choice. Best of all, the breakfast plan, which gives you 5 breakfasts per week, costs only an additional $3 per month! That is .75 a week to have eMeals create your meal plan and grocery list for breakfast.
A quick glance at their sample breakfast plan includes Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal, Whole Wheat Banana Nut Muffins, Peach Melba Smoothie and Bacon and Cheese Biscuits.
My husband makes breakfast most days, and I plan to see if he wants to add this plan to the Paleo plan.
