When you get gazelle intense, there will be times when you cannot snowflake. That has happened to us over the last two weeks.
We have several medical bills that we have to pay our portion of, which comes to about $600.
Why so much at once?
Our insurance has been VERY slow to pay, and some payments from the early winter just went through, so we finally know what our portion will be. The other problem we are running into is that our insurance is paying so slowly, that many of our health care providers want us to pay the entire bill upfront and wait to be reimbursed. Since we aren’t independently wealthy :), we don’t have money to pay every medical bill in its entirety upfront and wait for reimbursement. While I am grateful to have insurance, it almost feels like we don’t when we are expected to pay the entire bill upfront. So far we have avoided doing so, but I am not sure how much longer that will happen.
Because we need inspiration, and maybe you do too, here are some good posts around the web about getting out of debt.

Our Progress
No progress this week.
In the last 35 weeks since we have gotten gazelle intense, we have “found” $7,099.25 to snowflake!
How did you do this week? Feel free to link up and share your progress.

I listed a bunch of used books on Amazon, and have shipped off a few. Those funds go to my grad school savings! (They just haven’t arrived in my account yet, so I won’t count them this week.)
When is the wedding, or has it already happened?
Things happen and I am sure you’ll be back on track soon. Hopefully the insurance gets their act together but sometimes Dr offices aren’t good at following up either.,
