We are back to full-time schooling and our extra curricular activities all resumed, so the last two weeks have been crazy!

I did a lot of shopping, as you’ll soon see. Part of the expense these two weeks is that I did a big freezer cooking session using My FreezEasy, which I loved! (Review coming soon!) Another part is that we bought 100 lbs. of fruit in bulk. (We’ll turn a lot of it into applesauce.) Finally, the foods I can eat right now are very limited and specific, so I spent more than I usually do.
