For Christmas, I gave my husband, who loves all things blueberry, Blueberry BBQ Sauce.  Last night we put some pork chops in the slow cooker, covered them with about 1 tbsp. sauce per pork chop and let them cook on low for 4 hours. 

When they were done, they were so moist and delicious!  The sauce did not taste like blueberries; instead it gave the pork chops a sweet yet tangy flavor.  This meal was a hit, one we will definitely be having again.  Best of all, for three pork chops he only used 3 tablespoons total, so we still have about 7/8 of the jar left.  Yum.
