We had a good, but busy week.  Even though I didn’t really enjoy spending a few hours every day over Labor Day weekend stocking the freezer with freezer meals, I’m so thankful now as we’ve been eating those meals 3 to 4x a week.

Dinner–Country Hamburger Skillet Dinner, broccoli


Lunch–Macaroni & cheese, cucumber slices, slice lunch meat

Dinner–Mexican Lasagna & salad

Pumpkin Spiced Baked Oatmeal

AIP Biscuits (None of us are AIP anymore, but I got several bags of coconut flour for .99 on clearance a few months ago, so I’m making these biscuits as a side for our soup meals.)
