We usually try to cook our big meats on the weekend, first so my husband can cook them ;), and, second, because we have more time. However, on Saturday we misjudged, and our meat wasn’t thawed to make dinner. Oops. Luckily we had a Trader Joe’s frozen meal in the freezer.

Lunch–Open face tuna sandwiches, GF pretzels, melon
Lunch–Grilled cheese, leftover hamburger soup
Dinner–Ground Beef & Cabbage Skillet (with skillet potatoes on the side for the rest of the family)
Lunch–Chicken patties, broccoli, diced potatoes
Dinner–Chicken Apple Sausage, Kale and Rice Soup (subbed out kale for spinach)
