UPDATE: The winner is Kendra! Congrats!
Years ago, one of our favorite go to meals was Barber chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli and cheese. Not only are the stuffed chicken breasts tasty, but they are also filled with 20 grams of protein.
Now, my husband turns to them sometimes for an easy lunch at work (he cooks it at home first and then reheats it at work) or as a way to round out one of our lighter dinners.
The broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breasts are a perfect combination of healthy broccoli, melted gooey cheese and crisp breading on the outside. The breading helps keep the chicken moist and tender. Best of all, unlike many frozen foods, this one is not overly salty.
If you have fussy kids who don’t like to eat vegetables, offering them one of these stuffed chicken breasts might be the perfect way to convert them to liking broccoli.
