The last two years, I’ve suffered from Christmas music fatigue.  My kids could listen to Christmas music 24/7, 365 days a year.  Me, not so much.  I like a narrow window of about six weeks of Christmas music–from the start of Advent until the Epiphany.  This year, my resolve was to not start listening to Christmas music until November 29th, the start of Advent.  My kids lucked out, though, because I got the chance to review Chris Tomlin’s new CD, Adore: Chistmas Songs of Worship.

Even though we started listening to Christmas music earlier than I would have liked, I was happy that this CD was my exception.  The music is beautiful and upbeat.  While there are remnants of the traditional Christmas classics here, they have all been modified and updated in some way.

The CD includes the following songs:

While we liked all of the songs, I really enjoyed the first song.
