What We Ate the Week of June 8, 2019

The days are still a little crazy, and I find that often, I feel like I have no idea what to make for dinner.  However, I just look back on my weekly menu plan, and viola! there is no thought required.  I just cook that recipe.  So easy, and so perfect for a busy lifestyle!

Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–grilled chicken, roasted zucchini, sweet potatoes

Sunday

Lunch–fried rice
Dinner–Roast Beef, Broccoli, Baked Potatoes

Monday

Southwest Inspired Black Beans & Eggs

Tuesday

BBQ leftovers

Wednesday

Sloppy Joes, tater tots, veggie

Thursday

Slow Cooker Ham and Split Pea Soup

Friday

Homemade Pepperoni Pizza, broccoli
