Goals for November, 2018: Update #2

We’re about at the halfway point in November, and luckily, I’m about halfway to meeting my November goals:

Make Six Freezer Meals

Sprout’s had grass fed ground beef on sale for $2.99 a pound earlier in the month, so I ended up making my 6 freezer meals using ground beef:

Easy Hamburger Soup

Beef Tortilla Taco Casserole

Stuffed Pepper Soup

Paleo Chili

Burrito Pie x2 meals

Raise $275 for Barton Level 1.  (This is the recommended program for teaching a child with dyslexia to read more smoothly.  I want to buy Level 1, so that I can start this with my dyslexic child as soon as possible.  I plan to raise the money by selling homeschool curriculum and possibly having a garage sale.)

This month so far, I sold $232 in homeschool curriculum.  I also had a garage sale and made $25, so I’m at $257!!

Read 100 pages of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat and take notes on it.

So far I’ve read and taken notes on 74 pags.

List my kids’ outgrown clothes on eBay

The girls were sick one day and just chilling with Netflix, so I listed everything then.  It’s been a long time since I’ve listed things on eBay, and it took much longer than I remembered!  However, I already sold something, so it was worth it.

Sew at least one Barbie outfit for Cuddlebug for a Christmas present

So far, I have sewn her a Barbie skirt, and the dress is halfway done.  I love how easy these are, so if I have time, I may sew her a few more.

Sew at least one American girl outfit for PB & J Girl for a Christmas present
