Menu Planning for September 22, 2018

Last week was another week of flying by the seat of our pants, but by the end of the week, I started feeling like we’re adjusting to our new normal.  In a few more weeks, I think we’ll have adapted just fine.

Here’s what we had last week:


Lunch:  Rotisserie chicken, broccoli, diced potatoes

Dinner: Chipotle (a fund raiser for one of the girls’ activities)


Lunch: No idea!!

Dinner: Hamburgers, fries, zucchini on the grill


Chalupa Salad (one of our favorite recipes on My FreezEasy!)


Slow Cooker Easy Beef & Bean Chili, gluten free rolls


Tacos, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, chips


Polish sausage & cabbage for most of us, leftover tacos for the girls


Beef Hash, broccoli (this meal was from the freezer)
