What We Ate, April 1 – 7, 2018

This week we tried some new recipes, and they were definitely winners!  The Paleo Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin made a yummy Easter meal, and I plan to make the Paleo Kung Pao Chicken again this upcoming week because it was so good!

Dinner–Paleo Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin, broccoli, sweet potatoes


Lunch–Trader Joe’s mini tacos, salad
Dinner–Paleo Kung Pao Chicken


Lunch–fish fillets, hashbrowns, broccoli, salad

Dinner–Slow Cooker Chuck Roast, potatoes, and carrots


Lunch–almond butter & jelly sandwiches, nacho chips, carrot sticks
Dinner–Black Bean and Beef Chili, salad (from MyFreezEasy)


Lunch–leftover Chuck Roast, potatoes & carrots
Dinner–Hamburger & veggie soup with gluten free bread


Dinner–Asian noodles, chicken, veggies


Lunch–rotisserie chicken, veggies
Dinner–homemade pepperoni pizza, roasted cauliflower, salad
