Goals for 2018: Week 9 of 52

The extracted tooth, bone graft-filled area of my mouth is slowly getting better.  I had plans to slowly resume my normal schedule, but then all three of my kids got sick, one at a time, so we were home bound for three days.  At this point, what is normal?  Ha!

Make Time to Relax

Read a book a week.  I am working on finishing You Need a Budget., and I am about halfway done with The Invention of Wings, which is so good!

Write. I didn’t write in my journal at all this week.

Care for Myself

Exercise.  No exercise this week.

Manage my sugar cravings. Sure, it’s only the beginning of March, but in Arizona, that means the temperature is rising.  Later this week it’s supposed to be 80.  My capri pants aren’t fitting now, so I have to get going on losing weight because I really don’t want to buy a few new pairs in a bigger size!

Create a Manageable Schedule for Myself

I am happy to report that the chore chart is working beautifully with the girls.  Bookworm is a different story.

Re-establish My Prayer Routine

I am back to saying my morning prayers, but I have to add the rosary back in.

Make $25 a Month on Swagbucks

I started at 214 Swagbucks back at the end of January, and now I’m at 1,969.  So close to my first $25 Amazon gift card for 2018.  And it’s a good thing!  Cuddle Bug’s birthday is in April, and she’s already filled my Amazon cart with all of the American Girl doll accessories she wants.

  1. Looking ahead, where can you write in ‘exercise’ on your calendar? Just 10 minutes 3 days during this upcoming week. You can do this!
