Lunch–Beef tacos, cucumbers
Dinner–Swirly Pasta Taco Skillet from My FreezEasy

Wednesday

Lunch–spaghetti, salad
Dinner–Mexican Lasagna, lettuce, tomatoes

Thursday

Lunch–leftover Swirly Pasta Taco Skillet from My FreezEasy
Dinner–Potato Crusted Quiche, broccoli

Friday

Lunch–homemade cheese pizza (using this Gluten Free crust recipe)

Dinner–Vegetarian Split Pea Soup, nacho chips
