What We Ate Last Week, October 7 – 13, 2017

This week was a busy one, but next week, our co-op is on break as is the kids’ religious ed class.  I’ll enjoy spending more time at home and not being so rushed!

Lunch–Taco Cornbread Bake (from MyFreezEasy), tomatoes, cucumbers

Dinner–rotisserie chicken, rice, broccoli, diced sweet potatoes

Sunday

Lunch–Sloppy joes, chips, cucumber slices

Monday

Lunch–BBQ Chicken, potato bites, broccoli

Dinner–Chicken pot pie

Tuesday

Lunch–breakfast for lunch
Dinner–leftovers

Wednesday

Lunch–sandwiches, nacho chips, cucumbers
Dinner–Fried “rice” with cauliflower “rice”, chicken, eggs, and veggies

Thursday

Lunch–Mac and cheese, salad

Dinner–Spaghetti Bolognese, spinach

Friday

Lunch–don’t remember
Dinner–Beef & Black Bean Chili (from MyFreezEasy), cornbread
