Menu Planning for July 23, 2017

We’re nearing the end of the month, and my grocery shopping money is about gone. You’ll see at the end of the week, there are many TBDs. Most likely, we’ll simply have a meal from my last freezer cooking session. (Thank goodness I have those made in advance!)

Saturday

Lunch–Grilled Cheese, GF pretzel sticks, carrot sticks, cucumbers & tomato slices
Dinner–Flank steak, fresh veggies

Sunday

Lunch–Fried noodles with chicken and peas and carrots


Dinner–Ribs, Rice, cucumbers, tomatoes

Monday

Lunch–Sandwiches, carrot sticks, pretzel sticks
Dinner–Chunky Beef, Cabbage, and Tomato Soup

Tuesday

Lunch–Turkey Burgers, peas, rice
Dinner–Sheet Pan Italian Chicken and Veggie Dinner

Wednesday

Lunch–TBD
Dinner–Skillet Sweet Potato Chicken Hash with Eggs

Thursday

Lunch–Corn Dog Mini Muffins
Dinner–TBD

Friday

Lunch–TBD
Dinner–TBD
