Menu Planning for July 16, 2017

My husband got a new grill last weekend, and he’s been having fun grilling several of our meals each weekend.  I’m happy because we’re not heating up our house, and the food tastes great.

Here’s our menu plan for the week:

Saturday

Lunch–Grilled Chicken Apple Sausage, Carrot Sticks, Cucumber Slices,
Dinner–Ramen with Chicken and Veggies

Sunday

Lunch–Paleo Shepherd’s Pie
Dinner–Steak and Veggies

Monday

Lunch–Leftovers
Dinner–Turkey Meatballs & White Sauce, broccoli (doubling the turkey meatball recipe so I can stick some in the freezer)

Tuesday

Lunch–Turkey Burgers, peas, rice
Dinner–Mexican Lasagna

Wednesday

Lunch–Sandwiches, carrot sticks, apple sauce
Dinner–Pizza Casserole, broccoli

 

Thursday

Lunch–Grilled cheese (GF bread & Daiya cheese), GF pretzels, cucumber slices & carrot sticks
Dinner–Slow Cooker Ground Beef Stew

Friday

Lunch–TBD
Dinner–Taco Salad

Snacks

Corn Dog Mini Muffins
