Menu Plan for June 11, 2017

Last week we tried some recipes from The Gluten Free Homemaker, and they were a huge hit, especially with the kids, so we’re trying some more of those recipes this week.

Sunday

Lunch–Hamburgers, sweet potato chips, cucumbers
Dinner–Pork Roast, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Beets, Broccoli

Monday

Lunch–Gluten Free Pizza with Daiya Cheese
Dinner–Mexican Lasagna

Tuesday

Lunch–GF/DF Ham & Broccoli Quiche (3x so I can put two batches in the freezer)
Dinner–Mexican Quinoa and Beef in the Slow Cooker, Broccoli

Wednesday

Lunch–Turkey Patties, GF/DF Mac & Cheese, cucumbers
Dinner–Salmon Patties (2x so I can put one batch in the freezer), carrot sticks, rice & quinoa

Thursday

Lunch–Leftovers
Dinner–Hamburger Soup (2x so I can put a batch in the freezer)
