Menu Planning for April 24, 2016

PB & J Girl is having a lot of digestive issues, so she and I are going to go Paleo.  I don’t intend to keep her Paleo long-term, just until we can get to the root of her issues.  So far, the doctors have been baffled but are assuming it’s some sort of allergy.  I know her symptoms seem worse after having milk or gluten free grains, so going Paleo will help with that.

Saturday

Lunch–Chicken Thighs, Cider Roasted Root Vegetables (subbing honey for the brown sugar)
DinnerClean Eating Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Sunday

Lunch–leftovers
Dinner–Steak, greens, homemade french fries

Monday

LunchChicken, Apple, Sweet Potato, and Brussel Sprouts Skillet Meal
DinnerEasy Paleo Meatball Recipe (double the recipe)

Tuesday

LunchThe Paleo Mom’s “Cream” of Broccoli Soup
Dinner–Spaghetti with beef and spaghetti squash

Wednesday

Lunch–lunch meat, cucumber slices, carrot sticks
Dinner–Some frozen meal I have in the freezer.  I can’t decide yet.

Thursday

LunchAvocado Tuna Salad (no mayo), carrot sticks, fruit
DinnerCauliflower Rice Burrito Bowls

Friday

Lunch–Kielbasa and Cauliflower Stir Fry
Dinner–TBD
