Menu Planning for January 16, 2016

I’ve been slowly transitioning most of our meals over to Paleo.  I’m hoping next week, we can be almost entirely Paleo.  (I plan to be entirely, and my kids will eat some GF bread, though not much because I just discovered two out of the three kids are intolerant to eggs.)

Here’s the plan for the week:

Lunch–Hamburgers, avocado, sweet potato fries, cucumbers
Dinner–Chicken tenders, broccoli and potatoes

Lunch–Spicy Beef & Bok Choy (using some Chinese cabbage I have and bok choy from the garden)
Dinner–Turkey Pot Pie

Lunch–Honey Dijon Chicken (with broccoli and potatoes)
Dinner–Asian Salmon Zucchini Noodle Bowl (carried over from last week)

Slow Cooker Paleo Pot Roast

Hungarian Goulash (omitting the mushrooms and brown sugar)

Lemony Chicken Stir Fry Asparagus

Tuna Noodle Casserole (carry over from last week)
