Menu Planning for July 18, 2015

I had a rain check for cabbage at .11 a pound from St. Patrick’s Day, so this week I used it.  I now have 4 heads of cabbage in my refrigerator that are taking up a lot of room. I plan to start using them this week.  🙂

Here’s the plan for this week:

Saturday

Taco salad

Sunday

Beef roast, potatoes, and carrots (I’ll try this in the slow cooker since it’s so hot here!)

Monday

Roasted veggie soup, cheese quesadillas (using Daiya cheese and brown rice tortillas)

Tuesday

Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef Soup

Wednesday

Ground Beef and Cabbage Stew

Thursday

Tuna and brown rice salad

Friday

Spaghetti with Jamie Oliver sauce and ground turkey, green beans
