Menu Planning for July 12, 2015

I’m considering buying a 50 pound bag of gluten free oats, so this week, I’m trying out lots of oat recipes to make sure that we’ll like eating so many oats.  That will also help me stock the freezer with snacks a bit.

(Do you buy in such large quantities to save money, or do you prefer to buy in weekly amounts?)

I plan to make these oat recipes:

Clean Eating Pancakes

Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins

Another snack bread I’m going to make is Zucchini Bread.

With all of the heat here, I really enjoyed using the slow cooker a lot last week, so I’m planning to do it again this week!

Stuffed Red Peppers


Hobo Meatball Stew in the Crockpot


Ultimate Paleo Chili


Chicken & Chinese Restaurant Fried Rice

Saturday and Sunday are my husband’s choices and will depend on what we have in the house.
