Menu Planning for August 10, 2014

This is the week we finally get to move out of our vacation rental and into our home!  We’ve been in the vacation rental for 3.5 weeks, so we’re so excited to get settled and back into a normal routine!

This past Friday, we met with a homeschooling group, so hopefully we’ll soon get to know people and make some friends in the area.

Considering our busy week, I’m planning lots of simple meals:

MondayChicken Pot Pie  (we made this last week, and it was such a hit, I added it to the menu again this week)

TuesdayPaleo Crockpot Chili

WednesdayCrockpot Chicken Soup & GF Biscuits

ThursdayGround Beef Goulash (hoping to double this and put one batch in the freezer for the busy days when we’re painting and unpacking)

Friday–leftovers

Saturday & Sunday–dad’s choice

  1. Wow, how fun to stay in a vacation rental for such a long time. I am sure that you are ready to get back to “normal” though. Love the menu and am off to check out the Goulash recipe. Found you from Orgjunkie!

  2. Yay! Good luck with the final move. :)
