Grandma is coming to town this week to help watch the kids so I can weed through all of our stuff and list and sell all the miscellaneous
crap stuff in preparation for our big move. My goal this week will be to clear out as much stuff as I can so we’ll have less to move. Hence, this week’s meal plan is super simple.
Gluten Free, Dairy Free Meal Plan
Monday—Pumpkin Chili (making a double batch so one meal can go in the freezer)
Tuesday—Chicken Noodle Soup (made with GF noodles)
Wednesday–GF spaghetti with Veggie Turkey Bolognese Sauce (I’ll make a triple batch of sauce so I’ll have two to go in the freezer)
Thursday—Turkey Vegetable Loaf, Sweet Potato Fries and Broccoli
Friday–Salmon Patties, mixed veggies, rice
