Menu Plan for June 7, 2014

Last week, I made a double or triple batch of every meal I made so I could slowly start to restock the freezer.  My goal is to have enough meals in their by July 1st to last us the whole month until we move.  That way, I don’t have to buy as many groceries or worry about using up odds and ends because we’ll have everything we need.

This week, most of the meals planned don’t freeze well.  I’ll need to plan another freezer cooking session in the next few weeks.

Also, it’s finally really nice outside, so this weekend, we hope to have some burgers on the grill for lunch and put the extra in the freezer for quick meals!
