Menu Planning for March 29, 2014

Okay.  I’m officially over preparing two meals every night.  Until I have a chance to do a freezer cooking session to make meals for my family, well, they need to eat the same Paleo AIP Candida diet meals that I’m eating.  At the least, they’ll be eating even healthier than they normally do.  🙂

Here’s the meal plan for the week:

Saturday–Hubby’s choice.  Pork, homemade french fries, and veggies (I’ll eat a different meal)

Sunday–Hubby’s choice.  Baby back ribs, sweet potato fries, and veggies (I’ll eat a different meal)

MondayItalian Wedding Soup (subbing out spiraled zucchini for the pasta and making meatballs without the bread and eggs).  We’ll make a double batch so we can freeze one portion.

TuesdayFabulous Fish Tacos (using lettuce for the shells and cabbage and guacamole in place of the coleslaw in the recipe and no taco seasoning, just some cumin)

Wednesday–Turkey and Broccoli Bake

ThursdayCabbage Wrapped Lamb Burritos, Sauteed Greens

FridayLemon Tarragon Salmon Fillets, Lemon Parsely Cauliflower “Rice”, and Roasted Carrots and Broccoli
