Menu Planning for December 1, 2013

We’re going to have a busy week this week, so it’s time to fall back on some of our freezer meals (after we use up our yummy turkey leftovers).

Gluten Free, Dairy Free Menu Plan

Lunch–Turkey Meatball Soup with Kale & Carrots
Dinner–Country Style Ribs, Turnip Fries, Spinach

MondayTurkey Noodle Soup (I have the broth made already, and I’ll cook this in the slow cooker and add noodles at the end)

TuesdayTurkey Fried Rice

Wednesday–Pork, Carrots & Sweet Potatoes Shepherd Pie (new recipe we’re trying)

Thursday–Slow Cooker Polish Sausage, Carrots and Potatoes

Friday–Ham and Cabbage Bake

Freezer Cooking
