Menu Planning for October 5, 2013

The CSA boxes are starting to change.  Now we are seeing items like squash and radishes, broccoli and spinach, onions and garlic, and I’m loving the change and the variety.  We have so much produce this week that we really had to buy very little in the way of fresh produce at the store this week.  Love that!

  2. I am so excited about trying the eggplant burger recipe. Eggplant is one thing I thought for sure my family wouldn’t like and have been surprised at how well they do eat it. Although, I’ve only ever tried making eggplant Parmesan. I’m adding this burgers to my list of recipes that I want to try.

    • My family detests eggplant :), but they can’t detect it in the burgers and gobble them up. I hope your family likes it!
