We went out of town for Easter, so I haven’t had much time to grocery shop. We’ll make due this week with what we have on hand. Then, this weekend I’m going to have another freezer cooking session since it made last month so much smoother. Later in the week I’ll share the details.

For the Family (Gluten Free & Dairy Free)
Monday—Lighter meatloaf, green beans, sausage biscuits
Tuesday–gluten free spaghetti with meatballs, gluten free bread
Wednesday—Eggs in Hashbrown Nests, fruit salad
Thursday—Cabbage & Beef soup, gluten free bread
Friday—Macaroni Chili Soup (leaving out the canned soup & using gluten free noodles)
