Coconut Oil Sale & Free Shipping!

Pure Coconut Oil – 16 oz. – 2 pints – BUY 1 GET 1 FREE!

Uhhmmm.  I have gone from the woman who doesn’t like coconut to the woman who is infatuated with coconut.  I have already placed some orders from Tropical Traditions in the last few months.

While I enjoy the taste of coconut oil, my kids, well, not so much.  The perfect cure for that is Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil, which doesn’t taste like coconut at all.  I use it for making homemade popcorn, stir fries, pretty much anything I cook where I used to use canola oil.

If you, too, like coconut oil or if you just want to try it out, Tropical Traditions has a great deal right now.  They are offering 16 oz. Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil buy one get one free meaning you can get two for $12.50!  (This sale price runs through January 31st.)

If that deal isn’t good enough, they are offer free shipping on orders over $16 with the code 28113 now through January 28th.

Considering the amount you will save on shipping as well as the buy one get one free deal, this is a great time to try out coconut oil or stock up.

Cooking Light Magazine for 82% Off

CookingLightc54d62be67ac4fb8600ecb1fff495ff48ac3340a-ms_smallerHands down, one of my favorite cooking magazines is Cooking Light.  I love the healthy recipes, but even more, I like the articles.  One of my favorite articles recently was about Ming Tsai taking his entire family to China basically to enjoy the food.  His parents went to, and it was an interesting article to read.

Mamasource is offering Cooking Light Magazine for 82% off; for $10 you get 12 issues and access to the tablet edition.  This offer is good for new subscriptions as well as renewal and gift subscriptions and ends on January 28th.

  1. You might like this site that I use:
Lots of coconut oil recipes and consider yourself warned about almond butter freezer fudge – addicting.

  2. Awesome sales! The Turbo Tax is always a great thing to have and the free federal is a head start for April 15th

  3. I can’t remember if dark chocolate is on your “good” or “bad” food list. But if it is on your good list, I found a dark chocolate and coconut candy on Pinterest over the weekend that is dairy and gluten free. I haven’t tried it yet but other reviewers said it tastes just like a Mounds bar (which I absolutely love). It’s made in mini-muffin cupcake liners and it only has four ingredients. When it’s all put together it looks like a mini Reece’s peanut butter cup – which gives me another idea to try.

    • Chocolate moved up to the food intolerance list, but I am avoiding it now in the hopes of getting it back next time I test. I’ll have to try these once I have it back. They sound delicious!
