Cheesy Salsa Dip

Are you looking for an appetizer for an upcoming party or a Super Bowl party? This cheese dips is yummy and super simple. My aunt’s sister-in-law used to bring it to every party and we would all inhale it. It is so good!

Cheesy Salsa Dip

1 – 32 oz. box of Velveeta cheese, cut in large cubes
1 jar salsa
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir. Let it cook on low until the cheese is all melted. Keep this in the slow cooker when serving so it stays warm. Enjoy.

  1. That is a great recipe – I've tried it before. One suggestion that I'd make – if you're not watching waste or plastic consumption – is to use a crockpot liner – it make cleanup SO much easier.
